I'd been trying to find someone to replace my above ground pool liner for 6 weeks. I sent TRS Pools a message and received an immediate reply from Todd, who gave me the name of his former installer. I called that person and by 915 AM the next day, my pool was lined and 1/4 full of water. Thank you Todd for your suggestion and service; thank you Tom Grossman for such a responsive, quality repair job; thank you Eric "Waterman" Maxon for fitting me in for a water delivery.

After shocking the pool the night before, when it wasn't sparkling in the morning July 4th I called TRS (we've been going there since their oprning,) and the recording said it would be closed for the holiday....perfectly understandable. Half an hour later I received a call from Todd (the owner) who saw my number on the caller ID and wanted to let me know that he would be open for a few hours if I needed anything. Who does that?? Knowledgeable and superior customer service!!!
