We wanted to bring in a water sample on July 4th, a recording said trs would be closed for the holiday. Todd decided to open for a few hours and called my number back to let me know he would be there for a few hours if we needed something. What customer service!!!

Had some winter damage to our 1.5 year old pool upon opening - not warranty related. Todd dug through his stock and found me just the replacement parts I needed and sold them to me for a very fair price that beat the on-line price easily. Very much appreciated his service.

Todd is a great guy--always remembers my pool size (I sure don't :) )... wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Thanks Todd!
